Our bereavement program is based on a simple yet powerful philosophy: sharing grief together in a compassionate and supportive space provides a path for hope and renewal.
Bereavement Services
Bereavement Program
Each person’s grief journey contains elements that are completely unique alongside the more universal experiences of grief. Our program is tailored to meet those needs. We provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals can help identify their emotions and find the comfort and encouragement they need during this most difficult time.
Support Groups
We offer several adult bereavement support groups, open to the public and free of charge. Our support groups are open to anyone grieving the death of a loved one. These support groups are designed to help participants receive needed support and learn more about the grief process.
Resources
Grief looks different for everyone—and no one should go through it alone. Our Resources page offers trusted local and online support for bereaved adults, children, and families. Whether you’re looking for grief counseling, support groups, educational materials, or programs for children and teens, you’ll find compassionate help to guide you through the healing process.
Monthly Grief Workshop
Anyone over age 18 who is grieving the death of a loved one may attend these monthly support sessions. Sessions include shared insights and grief education, group conversation, shared activities and quiet moments of meditation. This group is open to the public and no registration is required.
Experiencing Grief Together
Experiencing Grief Together is a year-round series of supportive events for those navigating loss. With events offered both indoors and outdoors, these gatherings provide a compassionate space to connect, reflect, and find comfort alongside others who understand the grief journey.
